Installation Warranty (excludes wholesale)

1. Plants and trees that are installed by The Gardens Nursery will have a 60-day guarantee
   
2. Warranty is voided due to neglect, natural disaster
3. We will require site pictures (or site visit in some circumstances), which will be asked before the replacement
4. Warranty Info Sheet is available on request
5. Warranty excludes rock, mulch, and sod

Returns (excludes wholesale)

1. Merchandise (excluding plants, trees, rock, mulch, and sod) can be returned up to 30-days with proof of purchase. Merchandise must be unopened and in original condition.
2. Plants (excludes rock, mulch, and sod) can be returned within 5-days in original pot and condition.
3. Returns are voided due to neglect, natural disaster (nursery manager discretion)
4. All returns are given in-house credit via gift card.
