Jatropha (specifically J. integerrima) is a versatile, drought-tolerant, evergreen shrub or small tree, reaching 10–15 feet, known for year-round red flowers that attract pollinators, making it an excellent, low-maintenance ornamental for Zones 10-11. It thrives in full sun, requires well-drained soil, and is often used as a hedge. Note: All parts of the plant are highly poisonous to humans and pets.
