Narrowleaf Silkgrass (Pityopsis graminifolia) is a tough, drought-tolerant, rhizomatous perennial native to the Southeastern US (DE to FL, west to TX). It features silvery, hair-covered, grass-like foliage (1-3 ft tall) and bright yellow, daisy-like flowers that bloom in fall, attracting pollinators.
